but what change do i want to see?
and how can i encourage it
without imposing me?
can we ever be united
when we see through + or - 14 billion lenses?
not including animals, bugs and trees
and yet we are united by this common orb called home
for now
even after we have perished
we will still be here
transformed and shifted.
to try again--if we desire
but it is not a race or game of survival
it is a lesson, a teaching, and you, an instrument
learning to make beauty in line with the great mystery
to marry the opposites and fill them with music
such that they have no choice but to dance the night away
required is patience, listening, an open heart and most importantly
love
it will speak to you in a language you won't understand without these
won't understand anyways. . .immediately
but there is clarity in time and reflection
the highest highs and lowest lows are flattened without dimension
and so the present teaches us
if we stay inside its narrowly infinite boundaries
and stay vigilant against persistent intruders
death on either side
appreciation is key
for this is all we have.
